How do I list my venue on VenueVault?
Listing your venue is simple! Sign up for an account, select a membership plan, and submit your venue details, including photos, pricing, and availability. Your listing will be live, and customers can start inquiring about bookings.
How do I manage my venue’s availability?
If a booking has been confimed by the host, the booking dates will automatically be blocked out on the hosts calander. You can also block out specific dates using the built-in calendar feature. This ensures your venue is only available for booking when you want it to be.
How do I communicate with potential customers?
Our built-in messaging system allows you to chat directly with customers who inquire about your venue. This makes it easy to discuss event details, pricing, and availability.
What happens when my membership expires?
If your membership expires, your venue listings will become inactive, and you won’t receive new booking inquiries. To keep your listings live and continue receiving leads, simply renew your membership.
How do I get paid for bookings?
